Letter to 2021

Letter to 2021

The year is ending and I just wanted to take a moment to reflect on all that has occurred. The beginning of the year was a little rough for me on a personal level, and I just want to thank all my gratitude junkies for truly helping to bring me back to life.

Starting this initiative from scratch and having the ability to rally a community around State of Gratitude has been a blessing. Without all of you there would be no State of Gratitude. As the year has evolved, it has been filled with so much excitement as well as challenges. I look forward to continuing to bring what we have started in Miami to other cities throughout the states, to share our gratitude and mission. As we grow and learn from our mistakes it makes us not only better, but also allows us the opportunity to grow and help more individuals along the way.

I am pleased to say that throughout the year we have been able to employ individuals in our initiative who identify wholeheartedly with our mission, and who have also struggled with alcoholism and substance abuse in recent past. Having the ability to give addicts new to recovery meaningful and purposeful employment, is something that we are striving to do more of in the future.

We also congratulated our previous grant recipients on achieving important milestones in their recovery as well.

As we look forward to the new year, our intention is to continue to design and create mindful apparel and accessories with intention. Always looking to assist and aid those new to recovery from alcoholism and substance in need.

The most powerful way to grow is organically. Gift the gift of gratitude to friends and family. Share about us and our mission on social media or to your local boutique.

It’s never too late or not the right time to show someone your gratitude and appreciation. Lets together set a positive intention for the new year and usher in 2022 with hope and optimism.

Lastly, with this new year we are looking forward to tackling more adventures and creating memorable experiences. I hope to see you on our retreat in California in April!

Wishing you and yours a Happy New Year!

Happy new year Chris , your message is what I live by. When you have health, both mental and physical, you have it all. Be grateful for every day you get to witness this. Create this community..

Happy New Year! I feel I was meant to learn about your initiative this year. I’m writing this as I’m home on New Year’s Eve after going to a comedy club & being sober. So happy right now. Here is to a great 2022 for all of us!!
